DAV MODEL SCHOOL, IIT KHARAGPUR  organised Environment Day on 5th June, 2020 with full enthusiasm to raise global awareness on the theme “Conserve Biodiversity- Time for Nature" with a focus on its role in providing the essential infrastructure that supports life on Earth and human development.
Amid covid 19 pandemic, wherein various activities were designed for students to perform from their homes thus keeping them aware of the environmental issues.
The objective of the programme was to sensitize students towards nurturing of Environment and the need to protect and preserve the biodiversity.
