The official ceremony of conferring titles and investing powers, to the members of the school council was organized at the Investiture Ceremony at DAV MODEL SCHOOL, IIT KHARAGPUR on 30th September, 2019. The Investiture Ceremony is a platform to showcase the leadership skills and abilities of the students. Both electronic voting system (class IX to XII) and ballot box (Class VI to VIII) voting system was held in the school in the month of Juneand July. The school council members were conferred upon with sashes and badges by the Commander in Chief Col. Sumeet Dua of 25 Bengal BN NCC, Kharagpur and our honourable principal madam Mrs. Lopa Chatterjee. The Head Boy and Head Girl administered the oath followed by the newly elected leaders. Today the newly elected council members are all prepared to take up their responsibilities and discharge them with full dedication as entrusted upon them by the school.
