A One day workshop on the topic - EMOTIONS: YOURS AND MINE - A MINDFUL EXERCISE was conducted by Mrs. Juliet Karmakar Mondol, Counsellor, Counselling Centre, IIT Kharagpur for teachers, on 12 August 2023 in the school.
The teachers found the workshop very relevant where there was much to learn on balancing 'Goals and Values'.
