D.A.V. MODEL SCHOOL Library known as MAHATMA HANSRAJ library provides academic resources for all constituents of the school - students, teachers and staff members. The library strives to make resources readily accessible when and where those are needed to enhance and promote the total growth and development of the school.
Rules followed in the library: Students are expected to follow a few rules for library use.

1. Before entering the library personal things such as bags, portfolios or books not meant for the library must be kept outside. 

2. The library is the place for study only. Books returned late and misuse of the library may result in temporary or permanent withdrawal of library privileges. 

3. Users must maintain silence inside the library. They must observe the basic principles of library ethics and follow the discipline enforced by the librarian. 

4. Library rules may be altered / amended and new rules added periodically.
