“Mathematics for everyone”

Teachers and students of DAV Model School IIT Kharagpur paid tribute to the great Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan on 22nd December 2023.

National Mathematics Day was celebrated in the school on 22nd December 2023 on the birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan. Students gave speech in the morning assembly on the life of the legendary mathematician.

Later on exhibition of mathematics projects and models were displayed in which students showed great interest. Various activities like drawing of shapes and figures were done by the students of classes I and II to celebrate the day and they also enjoyed the fun of learning mathematics.
