The Pre-Primary students of DAV Model School,IIT Kharagpur joyfully celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm and warmth. The little ones poured their creativity into making beautiful homemade rakhis, using colourful threads and decorative materials.
With happy hearts, they tied these rakhis to their friends,teachers and supportive staff, symbolising friendship, love, and care beyond boundaries. Along with rakhi-making, the students also enjoyed other rakhi-themed activities—like pasting their homemade rakhis into their scrapbooks, creating a lovely keepsake to treasure.
Through these activities, our young learners not only had fun but also learned about the rich cultural heritage and traditions of our country.
It was a day full of smiles, bonding, and the joy of sharing.
