Investiture Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26 was held on the auspicious day of the 79th Independence Day, 15th August 2025, at DAV Model School, IIT Kharagpur. The newly elected Students’ Council members took the oath of office, pledging to uphold school values with sincerity and dedication, and to fulfil their roles in maintaining discipline, promoting teamwork, organising school events, and setting an example for their peers.
Our respected Principal Madam inspired the students to lead with honesty, commitment, and a spirit of service, stressing that true leaders set examples and work for the common good. She encouraged the council with her motivating words – to carry out their responsibilities with courage, humility, and enthusiasm; to be role models who inspire through action; to listen with empathy and act with integrity; and to remember that true leadership lies not in authority, but in service to others.
