DAY- LONG INTER SCHOOL CULTURAL COMPETITION organized by PASCHIM BANGA VIGYAN MANCHA was held on 8th September, 2019 in Silver Jubilee High School, Kharagpur. This event was held to pay homage to the eminent scientist Dr. Meghnad Saha on his 125th birth anniversary.
The following four events were held, where our students bagged some of the prizes.
1. Drawing Competition - Olivia Manna - Consolation prize (in Group A, Class II to V)
2. Science Based Model Making Competition - Debmalya Das, Ayusman Chakraborty - Second prize (in Group A, Class VII - VIII)
3. Essay Writing - Sanhit Maity - First prize (in Group A, Class V and VI), Shivika Nath - Second prize (in Group A, Class V and VI), Sneha Prasad - Second prize (in Group C, Class IX to XII)
4. Quiz Competition - Sanhit Maity, Srirup Kumar Som and Snehadri Banerjee - First prize (in Group A, Class V to VIII), Devdeep Misra, Dripto Maity, Spandan Mondal - Third prize (in Group A, Class V to VIII)
