DAV Model School IIT Kharagpur organized a one day workshop on the topic " Cyber Safety and Security " on 16th November 2023. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Rajat Subhra Chakraborty, Associate Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, and Professor, Computer Science and Engineering Department, IIT Kharagpur.
The workshop involved discussion on both hardware and software threats, along with the concern of increasing image morphing on the internet. It aimed at making the teachers aware about the threats that might arise in the cyber space, so that they can guide the students to follow the cyber safety rules, specially on social networking sites.
